Marcelo H. Farias 

California Licensed Architect -  AIA 

Originally from Buenos Aires, Marcelo H. Farias earned his degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the University of La Plata in 1991. Driven by a youthful curiosity and a passion for learning and traveling, he visited San Francisco the same year and became a resident in 1995.

Over the past 25 years, Marcelo has cultivated a rich and diverse experience in the field of architecture, working on a variety of projects and building types both in the United States and internationally. This includes substantial experience with both large-scale and smaller projects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of different architectural challenges.

In 2024, Marcelo established his practice in San Francisco with the intention of creating spaces and designs that are a true expression of his clients' vision, needs, and goals. In his spare time, Marcelo enjoys playing guitar, painting, and photography. He is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a working knowledge of Italian, adding a unique multicultural perspective to his work. 

The studio's  mission is to deliver collaborative and client-focused architectural services that result in functional, creative, environmentally efficient and responsible solutions.
